SUMMER INTERNATIONAL MASTERCLASSES 2002
The
Association Accademia Musicale Romana announces the Summer Master Classes 2002
which will be held from August 22th to 28th in San Venanzo
(Terni) 10 miles to Todi 20 miles to Assisi and Perugia (Umbria Italy).
The
Courses are open to musicians of all nationalities who wants to improve
themselves with famous interpreters.
The
quietly and friendly atmosphere of Umbria, medieval landscapes, good food and
hospitable people, encourage artistic relationships between students and
professors and assure concentrated studies.
The
best students can take part (in small groups or as Soloist) in Concerts
supported by Accademia Musicale Romana in Accademia Festival 2002, and
also in other places nearby.
A
certificate of attendance will be given to all Active members who have
successfully partecipated in the Course for the whole period. Active Members in
each Course have to pass an admission examination. All those who do not pass the
test can partecipate as Listener and listen to lessons and concerts free.
Application
form and 2 photos (before july 29th
2002) enclose must be addressed to:ACCADEMIA MUSICALE ROMANA Via
Buonconvento n. 54 00148 Roma, together with a non repayble entrance
fee of 60,00. The Entrance fee will be sent
in a money order. Partecipation fees must be paid at the beginning of the
course in Euro.

car
from south take Sole motorway A1 Roma Firenze exit Orte then
E45 Perugia Cesena exit Marsciano Collepepe and than follow for San
Venanzo From north A1 Firenze Roma exit Val di Chiana Bettolle
Sinalunga; take motorway to Perugia and then E45 Perugia Cesena exit exit
Marsciano Collepepe and than follow for San Venanzo
By
train
from south F.S. line Rome Terni; in Terni take line Ferrovie Centrali
Umbre to Perugia as far as Marsciano and to take pullman for San Venanzo.
From
north F.S. line Firenze Perugia;
in Perugia take line Ferrovie Centrali Umbre to Terni as far as Marsciano and to
take pullman for San venanzo.
